Hieronder vindt u een overzicht van de persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken:

● Emailadres
● Account gegevens (UW wachtwoord wordt altijd versleuteld (encrypted) opgeslagen, waardoor deze voor een ieder onleesbaar is)
● Afbeeldingen die u upload

Wanneer u een bestelling plaatst via onze webwinkel, dan worden uw klantgegevens bewaart binnen de order welke u plaatst. Klantgegevens binnen een order worden minimaal 7 jaar bewaard.
U bepaalt zelf, tijdens het orderproces, of u een account aan wilt maken van uw gegevens.

2 Met welk doel wij persoonsgegevens verwerken

Willemen koffers vindt het belangrijk dat je onze diensten goed kunt gebruiken en verwerkt uw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doelen:

4 Hoe lang we persoonsgegevens bewaren

Willemen Koffers bewaart uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor uw gegevens worden verzameld. Wij hanteren de volgende bewaartermijnen voor de volgende categorieën:

● Account gegevens > Bewaartermijn 7 jaar

5 Delen van persoonsgegevens met derden

8 Hoe wij persoonsgegevens beveiligen

Willemen Koffers neemt de bescherming van uw gegevens serieus en neemt passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan. Het is mogelijk dat de leverancier ook toegang heeft tot gegevens van onze klanten. Met die partners maken we altijd goede afspraken zodat uw gegevens veilig zijn.
